Yes. Every software product is free, and the support line is open to everyone. There is no paywall, no premium tier, and no payment method required.
No. The support line is open to everyone. An account is useful if you want us to recognize the caller and keep notes, but it is not required to get help.
We keep reasonable fair-use limits on the support line and normal operational limits on the software, such as mail quotas, attachment size caps, and anti-abuse throttles. These keep the service available for everyone.
Your account and data stay in place. SafeLineCare is now part of STOPTHESCAM, and every feature that used to require a membership is free. If you already have a paid subscription, it is left exactly as it is until you choose to cancel it.
SafeMail addresses remain on safeline.care. The mail server and all existing addresses are unchanged by this merge.
Vision is available on iPhone and Chrome. SafeMail, SafeBrowse, and Tend have iOS apps, and the web dashboard works in any modern browser.
